Your financial contribution can help you achieve the results you need to sell products and services and gain visibility for your business; while you help us make college education tuition-free.

Note: Vendors must set up and take down their booths and clean their space before leaving the event. Table and chair rental will be provided at an additional fee. All set materials, banners, tablecloths, merchandise, and  promotional items are the vendor’s responsibility.

Basic Package – $125

  • One (1) 10×10 booth (additional space available for an additional fee)
  • One complimentary vending badge
  • Recognition on TULC website
  • One (1) table and chair

Non-Profit Package – $100

  • One (1) standard 10×10 booth (additional space available for an additional fee)
  • One complimentary vending badge
  • Recognition on TULC website
  • One (1) table and chair

Food/Beverage Package – $300

  • Two (2) 10×10 booth size (additional space available for an additional fee)
  • Recognition on TULC website
  • Two (2) tables and chairs
  • Food vendors with a truck or mobile coach/RV will be provided premium parking space for an additional $75
  • Food vendors are responsible for and must supply all licenses, insurance, and certification requirements by the State, County, and City of Sacramento to be a food vendor

Vendor Application & Requirements

  • Vendors must complete the Vendor Application Form and understand the requirements for setting up and selling products and services at the venue. Download the Vendor Application.
  • Vendor must supply own electricity and set up and take down their booths and clean their space before leaving the event.
  • Table and chair rental will be provided at an additional fee (Chair: $5; Table: $15).
  • All setup materials, banners, tablecloths, merchandise, and promotional items are the vendor’s responsibility.

Deadline: July 1st

After July 1st price is $50 more for Basic and Food/Beverage Packages, and $25 more for Non-profit Package.
